Refunds & Returns
You have 14 days from the date of activation to cancel your contract with T-Mobile and return your phone. Your sales receipt (included in box) will print the date of activation. A Fedex or UPS return label will also be included in the box. Please save all materials that are in the shipment in case you decide to return. As an authorized reseller of cell phone services, I will provide a full refund within 10 days to any buyer that does not qualify for our service. This may occur if the buyer is located outside the area that I am authorized to resell or if the buyer is rejected for other reasons such as not passing our credit requirements. Please note that this means rejected, not approved pending a deposit. Being approved pending a deposit is still approved according to these terms.

Shipping Policy
You get FREE shipping on this product when you select an individual calling plan from T-Mobile. Multiple phones ordered with a family plan will incur a $9.99 shipping fee due to the extra weight.

We charge a $2.00 processing fee on each purchase, which is included in the shipping and handling field. This fee will be forfeited if the purchase is cancelled and/or the required contract is not completed.

This phone is NOT available at this price without activation and a 2 year service contract with T-Mobile with our store as the vendor for the contract.
