| Q: How accurate is it? It’s extremely accurate. You can achieve 99-100% accuracy if used correctly. This may take some practice and a good calibration. |

| Q: Will I receive a CD? No. You will receive the link to download direct from our secure website in Israel, your keycode and the phone connecting hardware. This download can be copied to CD if you wish. Also, the download is available any time if you restore your computer. You can also request to receive the downoad link and livense keycode while the hardware is being posted |

| Q: What if I restore my computer or buy a new one? No problem. If you restore your computer, just download the software again and reinstall. Then use the same Keycode again. If you purchase a new computer, the registration should not be a problem if done in the same location. If there is a problem registering on a new computer, just email customer support and they will sort out for you. |

| Q: Can I put this on a second computer. Yes, but you’ll have to purchase an additional license. All new computers come with an ID on the main processor. The registration site in Israel will recognize your computer and will not allow a second ID to be registered. At the time of sale, you can purchase a second License Keycode for $40. Any time after that, you can purchase for $60. |

Since your 'license keycode' is what activates your software, you are permitted to make as many back-up copies as you need. If you restore your computer, just complete the installation again with the same download or back-up and the same keycode will be used. |

This technology has been used successfully for 7 years. On three ebay accounts, I total over 4000 positive feedback on it's quality, accuracy and our technical support. It works extremely well, providing you have a good calibration, have read the manual and are operating the software correctly. LVA technology has been featured on many TV and news programs and is applied in many applications from home use to airport security. Like any software purchased, once installed and license keycode is provided, there is no refund. Before purchasing, ask as many questions you need to, and do your own research to be sure eX-Sense is for you.
